My friend Alan from Fools Paradise send crazytoyzLIFE two exclusive photos of his work in progress, his up coming hand made 12″ figure “Keiko” a female character (the one with the bear head, but the 12″ version won’t have the bear head tho). Set for pre-order in the end of March or early April. The figure will be limited to 50 pcs. The head sculpt is totally different than what Alan did before for BoredomCity series. This time the eye balls is inserted to the figure. Price will announce later….stay tune.

FAT FAT FAT….
During my stay in Shanghai I visited the NPC Shanghai Store. The two levels store fill with tees, sneakers, hoody and jacket, the second floor fill with ML figures but is not much at all. I saw the 10th Gardener Beijing Gardener Tees, Hoody and Jacket available in the store. The red flocked LA FAT and the 6″ X 2 LA FAT is not available. The staff said they are Beijing exclusive, beside is all sold out on the day of release in Beijing NPC.
Upon return home…..notice I got few packages arrived. Thanks to a friend in Beijing to give me this surprise. During my trip in Shanghai….I picked up the 1/6 hand made Chinese traditional furniture set. Well now is good use to display it with the two Asia LA FAT.

Been away a month for work and vacation in Hong Kong and Shanghai. Had a great time to celebrate Chinese New Year with friends and family in HK. Shangahi World Expo will be opening in May, all over the city I can see the mascot “Haibao“. “Zhouzhuang” in JiangSu is beautiful and in Zhouzhuang I saw few sculptors that can sculpt a teapot by one stone. And wood sculptor can sculpt a Dragon by one piece of wood. It is just amazing.
Is good to be back home and start the year of 2010 again with many projects ahead…..but is all good.
Coolrain x T-LEVEL.
T-Level is a bag brand in Korea, focus for riders and skaters. After CR done his handmade 1/6 fixed gear C.C.F.C. , it attracted Cinelli and now T-Level. Again CR handmade all those T-Level bag in miniature form with all the details. No doubt he have no problem to create the 1/6 handmade figures and the fixed gear.
Gardener 10th Exhibition at NPC Beijing.
Hello from HKG…….Gardener 10th exhibition in Beijing NPC that will be opening this Saturday. Here are the exclusive products for the exhibition after the jump. Gardener 10th - Beijing will be started from Feb 7 - 28. Year 2010 will be the year for Gardener to go on tour around the globe….so Gardener might be coming to your country, this year we should able to see new gardener 110. Anyways…..I can’t be able to goto Beijing this time, but will for sure visit NPC in Shanghai to see if any of these are available.

The Gardener 10th exhibition at NPC Beijing is just around the corner, here are the Beijing exclusive products. A new colorway 6″ NY FAT in Red and the back of the figure has NPC Logo. The 6″ X 12 NY FAT in Red and front of the figure said Gardener 10th Beijing in Chinese. Is a obvious reason for ML to use Red for both figure because of Chinese New Year.
The yellow box I think it might be a new figure that didn’t reveal. On the package it has a tiger drawing on it, this is the year of tiger. So…might be something to do with TIGER. We’ll see…….
I’m heading back to Asia tomorrow for a month, but too bad I can’t mange time for Beijing this time….but for sure I’ll have a great time in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
False Friends : Loser HKG version.
The False Friends : Loser by coarse arrived while I’m in Chicago for work, both figures are bigger than I thought. Once again the package design is awesome, both small cushions secure both figures in the wood box. The edition number is embroider on the cushions. The set also come with 5 stickers and the friends and family card.
For those that still wait for the retail version, it will take a while until we see some official images. But for sure will be : modified colors, other packaging, higher limitation, unnumbered.
KAWS x Wonderwall.
A new crossover project from KAWS x Wonderwall, the figure is base on a design for a tee that was released last year. The figure is about 22cm tall and the design is a brick wall with kaws signature on it. Two variations will be released (black/gray/yellow or red/gray/black) so look out for it in the next month or so. When kaws going to release his smurf….
