please follow these steps:

You can apply for family and friends membership once you have purchased three
coarse figures.
In order to apply, you are required to have:
option a: three Family and friends codes
Code cards come with every figure, no matter where purchased, starting from January 2010.
option b: three order numbers (orders placed at coarsehkg before december 2009)
To find your order numbers, login to your account at coarse hkg online store and view
your order numbers under “My account”.
option c: a combination of ‘option a’ and ‘option b’, amounting to a total of three
